The challenge
Maintaining outdated systems is time-consuming and costly. At the same time, citizens increasingly expect digital, secure services — while resources in project and service management remain scarce.
Our approach
We support you in replacing old systems, introducing new ones, consolidating your IT landscape and streamlining the associated processes. Through harmonization, we also strengthen cooperation between the federal government, cantons and municipalities. Our HERMES 5 and HERMES 2022 certified consultants provide both classic and agile support for change projects — from conception and implementation to handover to operations. In addition, we staff project and service management roles on an ad interim basis to cover resource bottlenecks.
