While I have my focus in managing complex and company-wide IT programmes and projects in the life science area, it is my passion to develop organisations, high-performing teams and people. With a degree in business informatics from the University of Applied Sciences in Weingarten and as an IT service management expert (ITIL V3 Expert), I strive for the implementation and continuous improvement of sustainable new services for a modern workplace.

Electronic lab journals
For a life sciences company, I introduced electronic lab journals hosted in a validated cloud, enabling the deployment of software applications on all mobile devices while ensuring quality and security requirements.
New contact service centre
As programme and project manager, I was responsible for the design, implementation and continuous improvement of a contact centre service that is scalable and allows the integration of new locations, services and processes.
Improved collaboration
With the aim of improving collaboration between internal project managers and day-to-day operations, I used interviews and workshops to identify the core problems. Based on this, I developed an action plan and accompanied the client until implementation in daily operations.
