As a qualified psychologist with over 25 years of experience in management consulting, I see myself as a translator between specialist topics and technological possibilities. Whether life sciences, IT or public organizations - I am passionate about solving complex problems, successfully implementing projects and building sustainable relationships between all stakeholders.
BACKGROUND
I have worked as a division manager, team leader, project manager and consultant, led transformation projects, set up project management organizations and supported companies in repositioning. My focus is on effectiveness, clarity and collaboration - with an analytical eye, methodical strength and a great deal of empathy.
As a trained project manager, ITIL expert and long-standing manager, I combine methodical depth with a pragmatic, communicative management style. I am a committed team player, clear in my communication and solution-oriented in my thinking and actions. And because I'm curious, I volunteer with others at TEDxFreiburg to bring innovative ideas to the stage.

Consulting on the structure, tasks and communication of a newly established project management department, from concept to implementation.
Project rescue Digitization Lab information system
Coaching the project manager during a critical migration at six locations - reduction of system downtime from 15 to 5 days through targeted planning and communication.
