Setup of a Service Center in China with Telephony System

Qudits set up full IT infrastructure including server room, network connectivity, and telephony system for a new outsourced Shared Service Center in China.

Situation

Setup of IT infrastructure for a new Shared Service Center operated by an external service provider, enabling 40 agents to use the new telephony system.

Solution

First, the IT basic infrastructure had to be setup: a server room with local components (e.g. local DMZ, Skype for Business server), the network connectivity (WAN, LAN and WiFi) and the local telephony system (e.g. local SBC, Media Servers, landline). Secondly, the local users were equipped with personal infrastructure, enabled to use the telephony system and trained.

Impact

Setup of the IT Infrastructure (e.g. server room, LAN & WAN connectivity, telephony system incl. connectivity to public telephony network) in an outsourced Shared Service Center location in China. Enablement of the local users to use the telephony system.
