Relocation of a Service Center with Telephony System

Following a company divestiture, an outsourced service center was reintegrated and relocated from northern China to Shanghai without operational disruption.

Situation

In the course of the sale of parts of the company, an outsourced service center is to be reintegrated into the company and, as a result, relocated from northern China to Shanghai without disrupting ongoing operations.

Solution

First, the inactive side of the infrastructure and telephony system will be moved to Shanghai and configured. Subsequently, the control center is already being operated from the new location, while the second part of the components is being added to restore full redundancy of the system.

Impact

Smooth relocation of the service centre without interrupting operations. Full redundancy of the telephony infrastructure to ensure availability in case of system failures.
