The existing telephony system is highly complex and cost-intensive. Until now, different service providers have been used at each site/country; these are to be harmonized in the course of the new setup.

Evaluation of the existing telephony system including cost structure and design of a sustainable telephony setup. Analysis of the current situation based on interviews with relevant stakeholders and existing service contracts. Consulting regarding the architecture and design of the future setup in two options (with and without Microsoft Operator Connect).
Impact
Design and implementation of a future-proof telephony system with the goal of reducing both the complexity of the telephony setup and the telephony costs across all countries and locations.
