Numerous new M365 functionalities, complex co-determination requirements, and diverse internal stakeholder needs required a centralized process to manage changes and releases in alignment with IT, Data Privacy, and the Group Works Council.
Solution
Analysis of current M365 usage and applicable Group Agreement No. 22. Documentation and categorization of new functionalities (B1-B30). Creation and alignment of structured protocol notes covering purpose, use, risks, and governance. Definition of a standardized approval process for future functionalities.
