Qudits took over program management of a running cantonal cybersecurity program consisting of 10 projects to improve security across departments.
Situation
A replacement for the current program management was needed: a new program manager in tandem with a deputy/PMO. The program had been running for 2 years and consists of about 10 projects.
Solution
Managing the program (project portfolio), coordinating with project managers, monitoring progress, monitoring project budgets, cooperating with the external program controlling, updating the status report (A4), organizing and conducting steering committee meetings, maintaining the program repository (SharePoint), handling inquiries.
Impact
Preserving and improving cantonal cyber security in the departments by closing security gaps, implementing emergency provision and security operations (1st line of defense), supporting the departments in implementing guidelines, and strengthening the 2nd line of defense through communication and awareness/e-learning.
