What we value
- You are an expert in digital topics and how they can be applied.
- You engage the people in and around your projects with empathy and skill – in both German and English communication.
- You have 5+ years of experience as an IT service manager and know the necessary tools and methods.
- You have experience in the design, development and transition of services and ITSM processes into operations.
- Ideally, you bring your own network.
- A university degree in business informatics and a certification in ITIL or DevOps are desirable.
