Situation

During the Corona pandemic, the working world changed fundamentally, requiring future-proof office concepts and mobile working. With the expiration of one site's lease, all activities in the region are to be consolidated at one innovation hub.

Solution

Needs analysis/inventory of equipment. IT equipment for the new workstations and provision of infrastructure for shared desk solution. Evaluation of booking tools. Relocation to the new building, dismantling of infrastructure in the old building and hyper care after relocation. IT documentation.

Impact

Further development of workstations through introduction of a modern mobile office concept and desk-sharing booking infrastructure. Interruption-free operation through structured and timely relocation. Reduction of rental costs.
