Situation
The BAG health regulations regarding COVID-19 required the immediate relocation of all workstations to the home office. To enable efficient collaboration, the agile yet sustainable introduction of a collaboration tool was required.
Solution
Immediate deployment of MS Teams as part of the Office365 environment in combination with a crash course and intensive 1st level support. This is followed by requirements analysis and implementation or adaptation of the solution as well as the establishment of a governance and user adoption strategy.
