As project lead, I was responsible for the design and implementation of a Power BI dashboard for a cantonal education authority. The solution enabled automated analysis of sensitive data, supported process optimization, and served as a decision-making basis for both administration and policy.
Service KPI dashboard concept for public administration
As service manager, I developed a KPI and reporting concept for the IT operations of a public administration. By visualizing service desk and service metrics with Power BI, service quality was made transparent and targeted management was enabled.

In the role of service manager, I led the development and rollout of a cantonal BI service offering. This included service definition, technical implementation, and integration into ongoing IT operations.
