15 years of consulting experience across Europe, the Americas and the Middle East have taught me to work in teams with diverse backgrounds and to deliver results together. After my studies in Business Informatics, I first worked in Europe and helped my team to be internationally successful. I was responsible for the sales of the core product of a German software company in North America and the implementation of related projects. The close cooperation between the sales and consulting teams was crucial in achieving successful results for the company itself and its customers.
Customer experience improvement potential
As project manager for the core project of a US healthcare provider, I managed the consolidation of large amounts of data from independent systems. The goal was to bring new information about internal business processes as well as the customer experience to light and to make this information tangible both visually and with KPIs to identify potential for improvement.
Customer satisfaction for public services
Since the end of 2019, I have been accompanying the team of the Ministry of Transport of a government in the Middle East with the aim of increasing customer satisfaction across 350+ public services. We achieve this by gathering information from different perspectives, creating transparency at all levels of management.
