I have worked as division head, team lead, project manager and consultant – leading transformation projects, building project management organizations and supporting companies in repositioning themselves. My focus is on effectiveness, clarity and collaboration – with an analytical eye, methodical strength and a great deal of empathy.

As a certified project manager, ITIL Expert and long-time executive, I combine methodological depth with a pragmatic, communicative leadership style. I am a committed team player, clear in communication and solution-oriented in thinking and acting. And because I am curious, I volunteer with TEDxFreiburg to bring innovative ideas to the stage.
