I combine data analysis and project management to steer projects transparently and to make decisions based on data. From requirements analysis to dashboards, I ensure that data turns into measurable value.
BACKGROUND
I hold a Master of Science in Business Information Systems (FHNW) and gained an international perspective through my studies abroad at Kingston University London. Professionally, I have worked in various roles – from digital marketing through project management in e-commerce projects to consulting.
Today I work primarily at the intersection of project management, data analysis and business intelligence. My experience in both agile and classical approaches, combined with a solid grasp of business processes and technical know-how (Power BI, Tableau, SAP Analytics among others) and relevant certifications (HERMES, ITIL, ISO27001) help me along the way.
I think in solutions, lead teams with clarity, and ensure that complex challenges are structured and implemented pragmatically.
CONSULTANCY FOCUS
- IT Project Management & PMO: Structure, planning and steering of complex projects – including reporting and risk management
- Requirements analysis & conception: Workshops, specifications and translating business needs into actionable solutions
- Business Intelligence & Dashboards: KPI design, data preparation and visualization in Power BI / Tableau

LIGHTHOUSE PROJECTS
Software replacement
Analysis of the existing system and process landscape, support in evaluating new tool solutions, and development of Power BI dashboards to steer relevant KPIs.
Additionally PMO duties such as status reporting and coordination.
Data analysis
Development of a data-based solution to analyze supplier performance and to identify patterns in delivery processes.
Building a model to forecast relevant performance indicators and implementing a Tableau dashboard that makes analyses and forecasts accessible to stakeholders.
Project support / PMO
Supporting project leadership in coordinating cyber security initiatives in public administration.
Focus on planning, alignment and status reporting as well as communication with internal and external stakeholders to ensure structured execution.
