The strategic facilitator
“It is not the strongest of the species that survive, nor the most intelligent, but the one most responsive to change.”
— Charles Darwin
Projects cannot be steered by plans alone. Requirements change, priorities shift and sometimes the originally intended path does not lead straight to the goal.
For me, good project management therefore consists of two things: the right tools and the right amount of empathy. Methods and structures provide orientation – but only through communication, understanding and collaboration do they become truly effective.
I see my role in giving structure, bringing people together and leading projects to the goal as a team.
BACKGROUND
Supported by a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, my greatest strengths lie in program and project management as well as in compliance and quality management.
I love working with interdisciplinary teams from different industries and nationalities and – using a variety of technologies – I focus on the development of people and processes.
My motto: there is a solution for every challenge, as soon as you start talking about it. Together we define your needs and implement the solution effectively, with empathy and the right tools.

LIGHTHOUSE PROJECTS
Agile implementation of new legislation
The goal of the project was to lay the foundations for the digital process from application submission through review to approval/rejection, taking into account the existing IT architecture and previous project results (from initialization and concept phase).
As project lead I was responsible for planning, steering and controlling the project in a hybrid setup based on HERMES, as well as requirements engineering, testing and training preparation for handling the operational process.
Service and key account management
Here it was crucial to ensure that services were available according to the SLA, operated and continuously evolved. Additional focus on interfaces between the assigned departments and the respective IT service with regard to use cases, developments and projects.
In this role I took on steering of service processes, KPIs and suppliers, creation of SLAs and offers, and acted as the interface between departments and IT for the continued development and use of services.
Implementation and validation of new business processes
The project delivered a solution for designing transport planning, data capture, temperature evaluations and notification workflows more efficiently – through a user-friendly, web-based and validated application.
As project and validation manager I was responsible for planning, steering and controlling the project including stakeholder communications, as well as GAMP-compliant software validation and implementation of the business process.
